Discounts for VA Loan & Service Related Disability

Texas Vets –

If you have a service related disability of 30% or more, your already low TVLB Program rate will be reduced by another ½ point.

VA –

Veterans with 10%+ service related disability are eligible to have the funding fee waived.

In addition, call the tax assessor of the county in which you will purchase your home and ask if they have additional PROPERTY Tax discounts for Veterans with disabilities.
